摘　　要：目的探讨乳铁蛋白(LF)对体外培养的舌癌细胞Tca8113增殖的影响。方法MTT法评定LF对中国仓鼠CHO、人胚肾293T及舌癌细胞Tca8113细胞系的生长抑制作用。结果LF对Tca8113细胞具有直接的细胞毒作用且呈剂量依赖性,但对正常细胞系增殖无抑制作用。结论LF作为新的口腔肿瘤的化学预防剂,可抑制舌癌细胞Tca8113增殖。Objective To explore the effect of lactoferrin on proliferation of the cultured Tca8113 cells in vitro. Methods MTT was used to evaluate the growth inhibiting effect of lactoferrin on Tca8113,CHO and HEK293T cells. Results Lactoferrin significantly inhibited the proliferation of Tca8113 cells in a dose dependent manner, but had no effect on the normal cells. Condusious Lactoferrin as an oral cavity cancer chemopreventive agent could significantly inhibit the growth of Tca8113 cells.
