摘　　要：采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从管理控制学的角度对建立我国高校竞技体育运动安全监控系统进行初步研究。目的在于通过对目前我国体育竞赛特别是高校体育竞赛运动安全情况的分析,呼吁各级政府主管部门采取有效措施、制定相关政策法规对我国高校体育竞赛运动实施有效监控,为构建我国高校体育竞赛运动安全监控体系提供参考依据,促进我国高校体育赛事的健康发展。With the methods of documentary, a preliminary research is made on establishing a sports competition monitoring system of Chinese universities and college. This paper analyzes the sports security in the competitions, especially in Chinese colleges and universities, urged government departments at all levels to take effective measures and formulate relevant laws and regulations to supervise sports competitions of Chinese colleges and universities. And this system will provide the sports competitions with reference to promote it develop healthyly.
