摘  要:教育信息化促进了教育教学模式的变革,给学习者带来了新的学习和认知方式。但是,在教育信息化背景下,实习教师的实习动机、实习态度以及实习学校的实习对象、实习资源和实习环境等因素对高师教育实习产生了很大影响。只有真正了解并把握了这些因素,才能更好地开展教育实习,从而取得良好的实习成果。Education informationalization has promoted the reform of education and teaching mode, brought new learning and cognition styles to learners. However, under the background of education informationization, cadet teachers' practicing motive, practicing attitude, including practicing objects in practidng schools, practcing resources, practicing circumstance and so on, have made quite great effects on educational practice of higher teachers colleges. Only truly understand and grasp these factors, can we better conduct educatlenal Practice and obtain good results.
