摘  要:通过分析现行人事制度存在的弊端,按照市场经济发展和医院人事制度改革的需要,我院制定了新的人事制度改革方案,重点对中层干部岗位设置与竞聘考核制进行了探索和研究,通过一年的运行,取得了良好的效果,推动和促进了医院的发展。Having analyzed the disadvantages in the reform of personnel system and tried to meet the need of market economy development and personnel system reform, we made new reform scheme of personnel affairs which focused on the exploration and study of post setting up of the medium-level cadres and the competitive system for appointment and evaluation. The scheme has been carried on for a year, with good effect, which improved and accelerated the development of hospitals.
