摘　　要：教学淘汰的内涵,教学过程中引进淘汰机制的意义,对教学过程中如何有效地进行淘汰的若干措施。Elimination throught selection or competition is a universal principle in the objective world . The article addresses itself to the connotation of the elimination in teaching and the meaning by fetching in the eliminating mechanism during the teaching . And it also puts forward some measures on how to carry through the elimination during the teaching .
