摘　　要：为了解我国医学院校基础医学考试状况,本文对中国北方医学教育发展中心13所协作院校的基础医学考试试卷进行了研究。影响考试试卷质量的因素包括学科知识覆盖面,总体与教学大纲一致性,试卷的预计总体难度,试题难度与考试教学目标吻合程度,题量的适宜性等。结果表明,目前基础医学考试试卷整体水平较好,但还存在问题和不足。To understand the examination condition of basic medicine, examination papers from 13 cooperation universities of North China Center for Medical Education Development were carried on a research. The factors that influence quality of examination papers includes the proportion of subject knowledge overlay, syllabus consistency, and the whole anticipate difficulty, examination difficulty agreeing with teaching goals, appropriate quantity of papers. The result shows the examination papers of basic medicine are better in a whole level, but still problems and shortage exist.
