摘  要:研究了纤维素酶协同木聚糖酶二段磨浆前处理杨木盘磨机械浆对改善浆料性能和降低磨浆能耗的作用,探讨了不同酶用量对能耗降低的影响,以及不同的预处理条件对杨木机械制浆性能的影响。结果表明,酶处理能降低磨浆能耗,改进纸浆质量。The pretreating effects of poplar refiner mechanical pulp before stage Ⅱ refining with cellulase enzyme and xylanase on the modification of pulp performance and the reduction of energy consumption was researched. The effects of different dosage of enzyme on energy consumption were studied as well as the effects of different pretreating conditions on the pulping performance of poplar mechanical pulp, The results show that enzyme treatment can reduce refining energy consumption and improve pulp quality.
