摘 要:由于人力资源管理问题存在隐蔽性、扩展性和不确定性,因此对人力资源管理预警成为学术界关注的焦点。人力资源管理预警不同于财务预警与经营预警:后两种预警是基于数据的后控制以及预测预警;人力资源管理预警,从指标的确定到指标诊断、从预警级别的确定到预警的全过程控制,是一个系统工程,同时人力资源管理预警指标的确定又具有主观性和模糊性,因此基于模糊综合评判法,对企业人力资源管理的预警指标进行了研究,为预警系统的建立提供了参考。With the coming of the age of knowledge and economy.the key for survive and development of enterprises is persor with ability.Because the person is the main body for the management, is the power for the innovation, and is the core to form the competency,so more and more enterprises pay more attention not only to finance.to management of deal but also to human resource management. Due to during the course of HRM,there some probblems have concealment,expansibility and URGertainty, so the alarm beforehand about the HRM becomes the focus of academe.The alarm beforehand about HR is different from alarm beforehand about finance or manages the latter based on the control behind for data.The alarrm beforehand of HRM from the confirmation of early-war-ntng system,to diagnose, from the level of alarm to the control for the whole course is a system project.At the same time,it indudes subjectivity and illegibility to confirm the index for alarm. So in the article,we study the index of alarm beforehand for HRM based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then it provides the conference for the build of earlywaming system.
