摘　　要：文章分析了我国研究型图书馆的特征和范围;提议新进专业馆员的学位一般应达到硕士以上,并在专业馆员中开展非学历继续教育;提出在图书馆内引入学术休假制,让部分馆员集中一段时间从事学术研究;提倡学科馆员为专业课题组提供研究型信息服务。The paper analyses the character and extension of the research libraries in our country, proposes that master degree should be required for new professional librarians and initiate the non-formal continuing education in research libraries, give professional librarians more time to conduct academic research, encourage the subject librarians to provide information services directly for the patron＇s research program. Finally, it puts forward that the patrons should be encouraged to take part in the library management.
