摘　　要：针对目前基于计算机的启动子识别技术的研究现状,指出现有启动子识别技术的不足,并探讨将粗糙集理论应用于启动子识别研究可能的改进方向。The current research situation of the computer promoter recognition technology has been analyzed. The deficiencies of the current promoter recognition technology has been indicated and the possible direction for improvement of rough set theory in the research of promoter recognition.
