摘 要:根据卷烟厂制丝线的实际应用情况、PLC的特点及常用网络构架方案,提出了在PLC中实现的基于内模原理的动态修正加香设定值的加香控制系统策略,设计了带智能积分器的微分先行PID控制器以控制料液泵,并利用Matlab对其控制性能仿真。结果显示,带智能积分器的微分先行PID控制器能够随加香设定值变化,具有较好的控制性能。该控制策略在实际应用中,实时精度超过了99.6%,最终精度达到了99.5%。According to the practical condition of primary processing line in cigarette factory, characteristics of PLC and common scheme of network configuration, a flavoring control plan based on internal model theory and implemented in PLC was proposed, which could dynamically modify the preset flavoring value. A differential precedence PID controller with intelligent integrator was devised to control casing pump, whose control performance was simulated by Matlab. The results of simulation showed that the differential precedence PID controller could keep in step with the change of preset flavoring value and featured good control performance. In practical application, the real time precision was over 99. 6% and final precision reached 99. 5%. Meanwhile, some aspects to be further studied were also proposed, such as the accurate calculation of flavoring rate and the position and angle of flavoring nozzle.
