荔枝壳提取物的分析及在卷烟中的应用

摘　　要：采用同时蒸馏萃取和GC/MS法分析了荔枝壳提取物的挥发性成分,并进行了卷烟加料试验。结果表明:①荔枝壳提取物中含有单萜烯、倍半萜烯及其衍生物、呋喃类等重要的烟草香味物质;②荔枝壳提取物具有提高卷烟烟气饱满度、甜润度,增加烟香和回甜感,除杂降刺和改善余味的作用。荔枝壳提取物可作为一种新型天然香料用于卷烟加料。The volatile components in litchi pericarp extract were extracted with simultaneous distillationextraction and analyzed with chromatography-mass spectrometry, the extract was added into cigarette. The results showed that： 1 ） 32 volatile components were identified in the extract, including monoterpene, sesquiterpene and their derivatives, furans, which were key tobacco aroma components; 2） the smoking quality of cigarette was improved, the fullness and sweetness of cigarette smoke were enhanced, and the irritation ＇was reduced by litchi pericarp extract. Litchi pericarp extract may be used as a new natural flavor for cigarette casing.
