摘　　要：教师知识管理是学校知识管理的主要形式之一,是提高学校教学水平与教师个人专业成长的重要策略。目前,高校教师缺乏教学知识管理的自主意识,教师知识管理面临着困境。作为互联网时代的重要文化现象,博客是高校教师知识管理的可行途径。Teachers＇ knowledge management is one of the major forms of knowledge management of the school and the most important strategy of improving the school teaching level and the teachers＇ teaching ability. At present, teachers in universities have poor consciousness of knowledge management. The individual knowledge management of teachers is in a difficult situation. As an important cultural phenomenon of the internet age, web blog is a feasible way of knowledge management for teachers.
