试论研究生教育的三个关键

摘　　要：研究生教育是专才教育,研究生培养是民族伟大复兴创新人才的培养,研究生导师必须时刻注重培养研究生的问题意识、分析能力和科研精神。经年教学经验表明,研究生教育的教育理念和教学实践必须始终紧抓三个关键:宽基础,重启发,多实践。Postgraduate education is the education of specialized talents, and the cultivation of postgraduate student is to cultivate innovative talents for the great revitalization of the nation. Teachers should pay constant attention to cultivate in students the consciousness of problems, analytical ability and research spirit. Years of teaching experiences show that three keys should be focused in postgraduate education： broad basis, more inspiration and more practice.
