摘  要:目的:对西北地区生长的扶芳藤(Euonymus fortunei)、陕西卫矛(E.schensianus)、苦皮藤(Celastrus angulatus)、疣枝卫矛(E.verrucosoides)、白杜(E.maackii)和冬青卫矛(E.japoni-cus)等6种卫矛科植物种子中的水解氨基酸进行了分析。方法:用石油醚将种子脱脂得到种粕,然后用盐酸水解,再经脱盐后用氨基酸分析仪对水解氨基酸进行测定。结果:18种氨基酸从这6种植物种子中检出,人体所需的8种必需氨基酸含量都在38 mg/g以上,占所含氨基酸总量的43%,并且对人体新陈代谢有重要作用的精氨酸含量特别高,苦皮藤、疣枝卫矛和白杜种子中高达22mg/g。结论:初步研究显示该类植物种子营养丰富,且有一定的药用价值。To analyze amino acid in seeds of the Celastraceae plants Euonymus fortunei,E, schensianus, Celastrus angulatus,E, verrucosoides,E, maackii and E. japonicus produced in the Northwest of china. Methods: The degreased seeds were hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid and analyzed by amino acid analysis system. Results: 18 kinds of amino acid were identified from the seeds six plants. The contents of essen tial amino acids were more than 38 mg/g accounting for 43% of the total. The content of arginine was very high, which plays an important role in the metabolism of human body. It was up to 22 mg/g in the seeds of C. angulatus,E, verrucosoides and E. bungeanus. Conclusion: The seeds of six plant are rich in nutri tients ,and show.some medicinal functions.
