摘　　要：我国高等教育步入一个新的发展阶段,教育部关于高等教育的工作重心由前一阶段高度重视规模发展,转到在规模发展的同时,更注重提高质量。在新的背景下,探索多层次人才培养模式成为高校必须认真思考的问题。为适应高等教育的发展,北方工业大学机械设计及其自动化专业进行教学改革,提出多层人才分流培养模式,同时对人才培养模式的教学改革内容进行探索。The higher education of our country steps into a new developing stage, Ministry of Education is paid close attention to transfer “the preceding stage of development on the scale to improve the quality especially while develops scale”. Under the new background, the higher school must consider the problem of exploring the multilevel talent＇s training mode. In order to adapt to the development of higher education, the Specialty of Machinery Design ＆ Manufacture and Automation of North China University of Technology carries on the reform in teaching, proposes the training mode of the multi-level talents distributaries, and explores the reform of the teaching content of the talent＇s training mode at the same time.
