摘　　要：学生综合素质测评是进一步加强和改进学生思想和教育管理工作,对学生德、智、体诸方面进行测评,为深化教育教学改革提供参考,为各种奖罚提供依据,进而提高学生综合素质,使学生成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义建设事业合格人才的有效方法。但因测评过程中存在许多不易控制的因素,实际操作起来仍存在着许多问题。本文旨在通过测评操作中出现的矛盾进行分析,并提出几点建议,以期对全面探索素质教育观念下的大学生综合素质测评体系的改善有所裨益。The evaluation of college students＇ comprehensive quality can provide solid evidence for each kinds award and penalty of college students and is an effective way of cultivating the students into qualified socialist builders with ideal, moral, literacy and discipline. However, there still exist many problems and obstacles in carrying it ut in practice. This thesis, through the analysis of the contradictions in actual operation of the evaluation system, puts forward several suggestions in the hope of improving the evaluation system.
