摘　　要：通过研究spyware的行为特点和功能作用,比较分析spyware多种解释,结合英文单词构词规律,提出把spyware翻译为"谍件"的建议。这样比翻译为"间谍软件"更简洁,也与"硬件"、"软件"的翻译一脉相承。This paper studies the characteristics and functions of spyware and analyses various explanations of this word. Based on English word building, it puts forward the appropriate way to translate spyware, thus this translation is in consistence with the word software and hardware.
