摘 要:目前,在许多工业领域内,对直线交流伺服系统进给的快速性和精密性要求很高,如何准确快速地控制好直线永磁同步电动机是工作现场的重中之重。利用包含跟踪微分器、扩张状态观测器和非线性状态误差反馈(NLSEF)3部分的自抗扰技术,把直线永磁同步电动机的外扰和内扰看成是一个整体,然后对总扰动进行了动态补偿。该方法算法比较简单,跟踪速度快,辨识精度高,无超调。最后,通过Matlab仿真软件对一个特定的直线电机进行了仿真,仿真结果证明它具有强抗干扰性和强鲁棒性。Recently, in many industrial domains, it is required highly to the rapidity and the accuracy of the AC linear servo system. The most important task in the workfield is how to control the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) accurately and rapidly. It was mainly made use of auto disturbance rejection control (ADRC) technique to see the external and the inner disturbance of PMSLM as a whole, which was composed by the tracking-differentiator (TD) , the expanded state observer (ESO) and the nonlinear state error feedback (NLSEF). Then the overall disturbance was compensated dynamically. The advantages of this method are that the algorithm is simple, the tracking-speed is rapid, the precision of identification is exact and there is no overshoot. Strong disturbances rejection and robustness are shown by the Matlab simulation to the given linear motor.
