摘　　要：通过逆转录病毒载体将外源野生型ＭＴＳ１基因导入该基因功能丧失的人膀胱癌细胞系Ｔ２４中，结果发现，转染ＭＴＳ１基因的膀胱癌细胞的生长速率减低，流式细胞仪检测显示Ｓ期指数及增殖指数明显降低，电镜观察显示超微结构出现生长抑制特征，接种裸鼠无致瘤性。Retroviral vectors were used to introduce the wild type MTS1 gene into the human bladder cancer cell line T24. The growth rate of these transfected cells was significantly retarded and the S phase fraction and the proliferation index on flow cytometry were obviously decreased. Morphosis of the cells was studied under electron microscope and the ultrastructural changes of the cells were observed revealing necrosis and growth retardation. Tumorigenesis of these cells was lost when implanted into the nude mice.
