胃癌和慢性胃炎患者外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变的研究

摘　　要：采用低叶酸培养条件对胃癌和慢性浅表性胃炎患者外周血淋巴细胞染色体进行分析。结果表明胃癌患者与癌基因同位的脆性位点表达明显增高（P＜0．01），8个脆性位点的表达与胃炎组相比差异有显著性，其中有6个脆性位点与癌断裂点、癌基因在同一染色体带上，提示胃癌患者的脆性位点表达有特征性，脆性位点与胃癌发生有密切关系。外周血染色体异常在一定程度上反映了胃癌实体瘤染色体畸变情况，外周血中与实体瘤染色体畸变区带一致或相邻的脆性位点、癌断裂点表达频率有显各增高。我们认为外周血淋巴细胞染色体上1q21、1q44两个位点的畸变对于胃癌普查可能有一定的参考价值。The chromosomes of peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL) of gastric carcinoma were analyzed in comparison with those of chronic gastritis by using low folate culture medium. The expressionof fragile sites (Fra)occupying the same position with the oncogene increases remarkably in the cancer group. In comparing 8 Fra of cancer group with the equivalent loci in the gastritis group the difference is also significant. Six Fra in them occupied the same band with the cancer breakpoint(CBP) and oncogene. This show the Fra expression of the cancer group is characteristic and the Fra probably play a part in the genesis of gastric carcinoma. The chromosome aberration of solid tumor of stomach is reflected in PBL. The expressed frequency of the Fra and CBP with the aberration region of solid tumor at the same or near position is prominently significant in PBL.The aberration of 1q21, 1q44 in PBL chromosome may have certain reference value for general survey of gastric carcinoma.
