摘　　要：DEHP作为食品包装材料的添加剂是否对人类健康有潜在的风险以及风险大小,一直是公众和政府密切关注的问题。就DEHP的危害性及其在食品中的暴露情况进行了概述,表明DEHP可对机体产生多种不良影响,如生殖和发育毒性、诱变性和致癌性等。DEHP is widely used as a kind of additive in food contact materials. Whether it poses potential risks to human health and how the risk is, the public and government is paying close attention to the problem. Its hazard and exposure via food is expounded in the paper. The results show DEHP can produce many negative effects in bodies, such as toxicity to reproduction and development, mutagenicity and carcinogenicity.
