摘  要:研究了瑞香狼毒的甲醇,乙酸乙酯和石油醚萃取物对稻瘟病菌的抑菌作用,实验结果表明,乙酸乙酯萃取物对稻瘟病菌生长的抑制作用最强.进一步研究了乙酸乙酯萃取物对稻瘟孢子的萌发和产孢量的抑制作用,结果显示在1.750×10-3g/mL,12 h处理下对孢子萌发的抑制率达100%,在2.016×10-3g/mL处理下对产孢量的抑制率为95.20%.最后对乙酸乙酯萃取物进行分段分离,研究结果发现,乙酸乙酯分段分离的四段萃取物中,对稻瘟的抑制活性顺序是:Ⅲ>Ⅳ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ,Ⅲ段在1.313×10-3g/mL处理后的第8 d抑制率达到100%.分别将乙酸乙酯Ⅲ段萃取物在0.6560×10-3g/mL下处理稻瘟病菌,在倒置显微镜下观察到处理组菌丝发生了变形扭曲,出现空管;处理组孢子横隔变的不明显,且表面有疱疹状突起;在透射电镜下观察到细胞质凝集,质壁分离,线粒体消失,细胞器大量降解.The inhibitory activity against pyricularia grisea of contents extracted from Stellera chamaejasrne by methanol, ethyl acetate and petroleum ether was studied, The results showed that the ethyl acetate extracts had a best inhibitory activity on Pyricularia grisea, The sublevel contents which inhibitory activity sequences were :Ⅲ〉Ⅳ〉Ⅱ〉Ⅰ,extracted from ethyl acetate also were studied. The Ⅲ extract at 1. 313 × 10^-3 g/mL could inhibit the mycelia growth at 100% even at the eighth day. Observed in the inverted microscope, it was found that the mycelia had been deformed and the protoplasm distribution was not homogeneous; the spore partitions had disappeared and the surface of the spores were outgrowth as herpes shape. Observed in the electronmicroscope, it was found that the cytoplasm was concentrated, plasmolysis happened, many cell organelles were disappered.
