摘  要:选取576只1日龄AA肉仔公鸡,随机分为12组,每组6个重复。以玉米—豆粕型日粮为基础日粮,添加不同水平的大豆寡糖(0,0.1%和0.3%)和纳豆芽孢杆菌(0,0.1%,0.3%和0.5%),研究大豆寡糖和纳豆芽孢杆菌组合对肉仔公鸡生产性能和十二指肠消化酶的影响,试验期为42 d。结果表明:大豆寡糖能提高AA肉仔公鸡日增重(P>0.05),极显著降低料肉比(P<0.01),提高十二指肠淀粉酶活性(P<0.05),胰蛋白酶活性(P>0.05);纳豆芽孢杆菌能极显著提高AA肉仔公鸡日增重(P<0.01),降低料肉比(P<0.01),极显著提高十二指肠淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.01);大豆寡糖与纳豆芽孢杆菌组合在生产性能和十二指肠淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶活性上表现出互作效应,0.1%大豆寡糖、0.3%纳豆芽孢杆菌组合提高日增重,降低料肉比效率最好0.3%大豆寡糖、0.5%纳豆芽孢杆菌组合提高肉仔公鸡十二指肠淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶活性效果最好。The objective of this research was to study the effect of the combination of soybean-oligosaccharides and bacillus natto on growth capability and duodinum digestive enzyme of broilers. 576 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly assigned to 12 groups,with 6 replications per group,The control was provided with basal diet, treatments were basal diet added by 0,0.1%, 0.3% soybean-oligosaccharides, and 0, 0.1 %,0.3 %,0.5 % bacillus natto respectively. The trail lasted 42 d. The results showed that soybean-oligosaccharides increased the average daily gain(P〉0. 05), reduced significantly the ratio of feed to meat of the broliers(P〈0.01), and improved the activity of amylase(P〈0.05)and trypsin(P〉0.05). Bacillus natto increased significantly the average daily gain and reduce significantly the ratio of the broliers (P〈0.01) ,it could improved significantly the activity of amylase and trypsin(P〈0.01). The combinations of 0.1% bacillus natto with 0.3% soybean-oligosaccharides showed the best effects on the average daily gain and the ratio of feed to meat ,the combinations of 0.5 % bacillus natto with 0.3% soybean-oligosaccharides showed the best effects on the activity of amylase and trypsin in duodinum.
