摘　　要：通过对当前网络环境下大学图书馆员继续教育现状的剖析,指出了当前大学图书馆工作者继续教育存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了应对措施。Through analyzing the present situation of continuous education of university librarians under the network environment, this paper points out some main problems existing in current continuous education of university librarians, and advances some measures for solving these problems.
