摘  要:交通信号控制与路径诱导在时间、空间两个方面共同影响着交通流模式的演变,诱导信息生成与信号控制策略间有强烈的耦合关系,研究两者间的关联关系并使之协同能够提高路网使用效率,改善交通流运行状况.文中从工程应用的角度出发,强调诱导信息的生成必须满足诱导一致性.在此基础上,提出了运行交通流诱导系统的逻辑流程,建立了考虑诱导一致性的VM S诱导系统与线控系统协同模型.For traditional signal control, traffic flow is regarded as exogenous and uncontrollable variable, which is not influenced by signal setting. For integrated signal control and route guidance, traffic flow and signal setting are determined endogenously by integrated traffic management model. Traffic flow is controllable variable. This is the essential difference between integrated traffic management and traditional signal control alone. Traffic signal control and route guidance influence traffic flow evolution together in time and space. Guidance information generating methods are summarized. For engineering application, guidance information generation must comply with guidance consistency. Based on guidance consistency criteria, the paper puts forward the logical step of disseminating guidance information. Integrated model of VMS route guidance and arterial signal control are formulated.
