摘  要:采用自行研制的锥入度试验方法评价沥青胶浆的高温性能,由低温弯曲试验方法评价沥青胶浆的低温性能。根据试验结果可知:对于相同粉油比纤维胶浆的高温性能,加纤维的胶浆比不加纤维的胶浆其锥入度值变小、抗剪强度增大、高温性能提高,粉油比不宜低于0.8;对于纤维胶浆的低温性能,粉油比高于1.5后,低温劲度模量显著增大,即粉油比不宜高于1.5。沥青混凝土的低温性能提高,在粉油比为0.73~1.59范围内时,混合料的低温性能较好。全面考虑混合料综合路用性能,当粉油比在0.95~1.59时,性能较好,应根据地域气候要求在此范围调整选用。The filler asphalt ratio is an important temperature performance was evaluated according to evaluated according to bending test, which were index of asphalt mixture's design. The asphalt mortar's high cone penetration test, and the low temperature performance was created by the authors. The test results show that, the high temperature performance of the fiber asphalt mortar is better than that of the normal asphalt mortar with the same filler asphalt ratio, which means that the former's cone penetration is anti-shearing strength is bigger than the latter's, the suggested fiber smaller than 0.8;for the low temperature performance, the suggested smaller than the latter's, and the former's asphalt mortar's filler asphalt ratio is not filler asphalt ratio is not larger than 1.5, otherwise mortar's stiffness modulus increases markedly.The reasonable range of fiber-reinforced asphalt mortar is 0.8~ 1.5. The mixture's low temperature performance is better when the filler asphalt ratio is 0.73 ~1.59. According to the test results, the reasonable range of polyester fiber-reinforced asphalt mixture is 0.95 ~ 1.59, which should be adjusted according to the climate and traffic.
