普洱茶精粉对营养性肥胖大鼠减肥作用的初步实验观察

摘　　要：目的:观察普洱茶精粉对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用。方法:高脂营养饲料饲养大鼠,建立营养性肥胖大鼠模型后分别给予低、中、高剂量(0.83g/kg.bw、1.66g/kg.bw、2.5g/kg.bw)的普洱茶精粉溶液连续灌胃35d,称量各组大鼠的体重和脂肪湿重,统计分析各组数据。结果:中、高剂量组具有显著降低肥胖大鼠体重及内脏脂肪的作用(P<0.05)。结论:普洱茶精粉对营养性肥胖人鼠有一定的减肥作用。Objective: To observe the weight-losing effect of Puer tea on trophic pimelosis rats.Methods: Trophic pimelosis rat models were made by feeding rats with high nutritional feeding stuff.The rats were given the low,medium and high dosage(0.83.g/kg · bw,1.66g/kg · bw,2.5g/kg · bw) of Puer tea water for 35 days.The weight and fatty weight of each group of the rats were weighed and the data of each group were analyzed statistically.Results: The weight and fat in the groups with the medium and high dosage obviously reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion: Puer tea has a certain weight-losing effect on the trophic pimelosis rats.
