摘　　要：印象管理是指利用言语、行为有意识地控制别人对自己形成某种印象的过程。作为临床教学活动的管理者,临床医学院教师恰当地运用印象管理策略,可通过树立良好的形象来增强自己的影像力,使教学活动更为顺利、成功。The impression management is a course in which an individual intentionally controls others to form impression on oneself. Instructors in medical college, the controller of clinical teaching activities, may improve their image by means of the tactics of impression management and make teaching activities more successful.
