摘　　要：介绍了中山大学2年制护理学硕士研究生的培养过程与特色,主要体会包括缩短培养周期,同时保持培养质量;导师负责制和指导小组集体培养相结合的培养方式;加强个性化的培养过程。对我国护理学研究生培养提出几点建议:明确护理学的学科定位;提高本科教学质量,为护理学专业提供合格人才和研究生教育合格生源;重视研究生培养质量;加强对毕业生的就业指导;重视临床专科护理人才的培养。The two-year teaching program of the master of nursing science was introduced. The aim of the program,curriculum contents, teaching and learning process were discussed. The strengths of the program were as follows： the length of the program was shortened while the quality was maintained; the supervisory committee for each student worked as a team; and individualized training process for students. The authors provided some suggestions on the development of graduate nursing education in China： the status of nursing as a discipline needs to be clarified; the quality of baccalaureate programs should be improved to provide qualified candidates for masters programs and for the workforce; the quality of graduate programs should be improved; students need guidance on career design; and more attention should be paid to training of clinical nursing specialist.
