摘  要:研究了BNT(BaO-Nd_2O_3-TiO_2)陶瓷中添加BZB(B_2O_3-ZnO-Bi_2O_3)玻璃后对烧结温度以及介电性能的影响。经过测试玻璃—陶瓷混合体的微波介质性能,发现该玻璃能将烧结温度降低到900℃或者更低。这是由于低软化点的BZB玻璃和高熔点的BNT相互作用,使得BNT和BZB之间润湿良好。BNT-BZB在900℃下烧结,具有优良的介电性能,表现为:介电常数ε约为75,损耗tanδ约为5‰,温度系数TCC约为0.5%,绝缘电阻大于10^(11)Ω。结果表明这种体系可以用来作为高频应用的低温共烧材料。The effect of addition of B2O3-ZnO-Bi2O3 (BZB) glass on the sintering temperature and the dielectric properties of the BNT (BaO-Nd2O3-TiO2) ceramics was studied. The microwave dielectric properties of the glass-ceramic composite were evaluated. The BZB glass enabled the reduction of the sintering temperature to below 900℃. This was due to the low-softening-point of the BZB glass, which, in reaction with the high-melting-point phase of BNT, provided good wetting between BZB and BNT. The composite sintered at 900℃ exhibited excellent dielectric properties of ε=75, tanδ = 5‰ and TCC =0.5%. Therefore, the composite has the potential to use in low temperature co-firing of the ceramic compositions for their high frequency application.
