摘　　要：农村职业教育的目标就是解决农村劳动力的就业问题。因此,当前的农村职业教育,必须遵循正规教育与非正规教育同时发展、互补协调的方针,以现有的正规本科职业院校为龙头,以职业技术学院或中等职业学校为依托,以各种岗前和岗后培训为重点,建立农村职业教育新体制。The aim of vocational education in rural areas is to solve the employment problem of labor force. Therefore, the current vocational education in rural areas must follow the policy that regular education and irregular education develop simultaneously, com- plemen and coordinate each other. Besides, vocational education in rural areas can be led by regular vocational education colleges, sup- ported by technological colleges or medium polytechnic schools and centered on the training before or after going on duty to construct a new system.
