摘　　要：发展虽然可以作为经济的、政治的、技术的或社会的现象来进行有效研究,但其最终目标是存在本身:为全人类提供充实美好的人类生活的机会。所以,发展归根结底是一个伦理问题。从伦理的视角来审视经济发展就是要把发展与作为目的的人的美好生活统一起来。科学发展观的提出,正是从认识和把握发展的伦理内涵的层面上,对加快发展的本质要求进行了新的揭示。Development could be studied as economic, political, technological and social phenomenon, but its ultimate objective is to provide opportunity for human beings living a substantial and beautiful life. Therefore, development is the ethical problem. This paper carefully examine economical development in ethical view in order to combine the development with beautiful life of human beings which could be objective. Proposing Scientific Development Viewpoint has revealed the nature of development in the ethical view of development.
