摘 要:以羽衣甘蓝真空冻干叶粉为原料,探明超声波强化四氢呋喃提取叶黄素的工艺条件。确定适合提取料液比后采用正交试验研究超声波功率、提取温度、超声作用时间对提取量的影响。结果显示,较理想的提取条件为:超声波功率400 W、提取温度30℃、超声波作用时间20 min,在此条件下叶黄素提取量最高,达317.25 mg.kg-1。The use of ultrasonic-assisted process was investigated for tetrahydrofuran(THF) extraction of lutein from kale leaf powder under different operating conditions.Influences of ultrasonic power,extraction time and ultrasonic time on the yield of lutein were studied with orthogonal design after the suitable ratio of material to liquid was confirmed.It was shown that the maximum extraction of lutein was 31.725 mg/100g when optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions were 400 W for ultrasonic power,30 ℃ for extraction temperature and 20min for ultrasonic time.
