摘　　要：简要介绍了我国果蔬行业现状,阐述了我国果蔬物流业的发展趋势,论述了现代物流技术在果蔬保鲜中的应用情况,并针对我国果蔬物流发展现状提出几点具体改善措施。This paper gives a brief account on fruit and vegetable industry in our country, next the current situation and problem of fruits and vegetables logistics industry are elaborated, and then the applied circumstance of modern logistics technology in the preservation of fruits and vegetables are dissertated, finally, raised several measures of improving china＇s logistics of fruits and vegetables.
