摘　　要：贫困大学生是高校中一个非常特殊的群体,他们不仅在经济上贫困,在心理上也存在"心理贫困"。其心理贫困的根源在于习得性无助,悲观的解释形态是习得性无助产生的认知原因。塞利格曼提出的乐观疗法可以发展人的积极情绪,变悲观的解释形态为乐观的解释形态,对于治疗贫困大学生的"心理贫困"是一种非常有效的方法。University students in poverty is a special community in university, they are poor not only in economy, but also in psychology. The root of ＂mental poverty＂ is learning helplessness, and pessimistic explanatory style is the cognitive reason of learning helplessness. The optimistic therapy proposed by Seligman may develop positive mood, also turn pessimistic explanatory style into optimistic explanatory style. It is an effective method to rectify the ＂mental poverty＂of university students in poverty.
