摘 要:针对采用扁锚体系的后张预应力混凝土宽幅空心板在应用中出现的问题,通过大量的现场试验与理论分析,对腹板竖置扁锚的孔道摩阻损失与张拉控制、单根张拉相互影响及锚具静载锚固性、预应力束张拉中的侧胀力、锚下局部应力、孔道灌浆工艺,以及梁体瞬时拱度、长期拱度和梁体的结构性能等问题进行了详细的研究和讨论.提出了该类结构的改进设计构造和施工工艺建议,验证了宽幅空心板的抗裂安全度和极限承载能力满足要求。In this paper, pointing to the problems in the application of post-tensioncd prestressed concrete wide hollow slab with flat anchor system and based of plenty field experiments and theoretical analysis, the hole friction loss and tension control, interaction of tendons when tendons singlely tensioned, peoformance of anchor under dead load, lateral expanding force of flat anchor upright in belly ban and local stress under anchor, grouting technique, instanta- neous and long-term arch value and structural performances of beams are studied and discussed in detail. Moreover, amending design construct and some construction techinique advice are presented and finally, the anti-crack safety degree and limited bearing capacity are verified to meet the need of requirement.
