摘　　要：加拿大的沉浸式双语教育和美国的淹没式双语教育与我国的双语教育在目的、背景、师资和政策方面存在着差异性。对三者进行比较对我国未来双语教育发展具有重要的启示作用。This paper discusses immersion bilingual education in Canada, submersion bilingual education in the US and bilingual educa- tion in China. Through comparison, we can draw the conclusion that there exists the variance in purposes, background, teachers＇ qualification and policies among the three countries. The comparison plays an important role in our future bilingual education.
