摘　　要：高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生思想政治教育和日常管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。明确辅导员的角色定位,加强和改进辅导员工作,积极探索新的工作模式,是高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容。College counsellors are the leading force in offering college students psychological and political education. They organize the students to take part in all kinds of psychological and political education action. In conclusion, to define the role of college counselors, strengthen and improve their work and explore new approaches, is the important content of ideological education in colleges.
