摘　　要：针对超限货物判定标准中存在的问题，提出了机车车辆静态限界的概念，分析了机车车辆静态限界的形成机理和影响因素；探讨了机车车辆静态限界的分类和确定方法，分别计算了直线和曲线上（曲线分为新线和旧线）的静态限界半宽，在此基础上给出了超限货物的判定标准．This paper presents a concept of rolling stock static gauge in order to solve the problems existing in the outofgauge goods judgement criterion. It analyses the generation of rolling stock static gauge and its affecting factors, and it also discusses the classification and determinate methods for rolling stock static gauge. Static gauge side width on straight lines and curves (curves including new built one and existed one) is calculated respectively. On the basis of above argument, the judgement criterion of outofgauge goods is given.
