摘　　要：素质教育是当前教育改革的主要课题。在当前就业形势异常严峻的形势下,如何加强高职高专环境艺术设计专业学生的专业素质,造就适应现代社会和市场发展需要的高素质人才,成为我们目前必须研究和探讨的问题。本文针对环境艺术设计专业学生在就业中存在的问题,社会对环境艺术设计专业学生专业素质要求的分析,就如何加强和提高环境艺术设计毕业生的专业素质,提高学生的就业率等问题进行一定的探讨。The quality education is the leading subject in education reform nowadays. Under the current employment situation exceptionally stern situation, how to strengthens the comprehensive quality of the students whose major is environment art design and how to cultivate the students to high quality talented person who can adapt to the modern society and the market development needing,it becomes the question we must study and discuss at present. This article has carried on the discussion about the environment art design specialized students the question which exists in the employment, the society synthesizes the quality request to the graduation university student the analysis, how to strengthen the education for all--around development, improves university students＇ own comprehensive quality, promoted the university students to choose profession smoothly and to obtain employment.
