摘  要:在系统归纳创新组织模式类型的基础上,按照资源与活动整合度的强弱对典型的创新模式类型、内涵及分类进行了界定;指出创新动机、模式经验与能力、合作对象属性以及企业外部环境是影响创新模式选择的核心要素;根据交易成本、资源基础观以及产业组织等相关理论,分析了影响因素与模式选择的内在机理;最后构筑了一个企业创新组织模式选择的系统范式——C-MECE模型,指出企业创新模式的最终取舍取决于环境与能力约束下创新企业的模式需求与可供选择模式之间的合理匹配。The selection among the technologically innovative organization modes for the enterprise is one of the many critically influential factors concerning the innovation success or failure, which decides the evolutionary route with the innovation capacity and enhances the competitiveness with the enterprise. Based on the systematical conclusion on types with the innovative organization modes, the kinds, definitions and groups with the classically innovative organization modes are defined according to integration degree for the enterprise's activity and resource. The innovation motives, modes" experience and capacity, partner's attribute and the external innovation environment for the enterprise is pointed out as the critically influential factors for the innovation modes selection. Whose influences on the innovation modes selection are also analyzed by using the theory such as the transaction cost, resource-based, and industrial organization etc? Finally, one systematic paradigrn-C-MECE model is established with selection among the innovative organization modes for the enterprise, which concludes that the final decision on the selection lies at the reasonable matching between modes demand for the innovative enterprise under the constraint of environment and capacity and the selection mode available.
