多元化发展战略模式与企业绩效关系实证研究

摘　　要：选取2001-2004年中国制造业上市公司作为样本,通过构造一种面板数据结构,实证分析了不同多元化发展战略模式与企业绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明,虽然企业在实施多元化发展战略时,最倾向于选择混合模式,其次是外部并购模式,最后是内部发展模式,但是具体实施效果却并不理想,混合模式导致了不利的企业绩效后果,外部并购模式虽然有助于企业进行快速扩张,却不能保证企业的盈利能力,内部发展模式虽然有助于提升企业盈利能力,却不利于企业的快速扩张。So far, there are already some scholars who have empirically examined the relationship between the diversified strategies and firm performance. But the existing researches mainly focus on the relationship between the types of diversified strategies and firm performance, and seldom examine the relationship between the modes of diversified strategies and firm performance. The paper tries to empirically examine the topic. The results show that, while firms tend to choose the mixed diversified strategies, next external acquisition and lastly internal development, but the resultant effect is unsatisfactory; while external acquisition helps firm＇s quick expansion, but cannot guarantee the profit; and while internal development will improve the profit, but make against the firm＇ fast expansion .
