摘 要:应用DPPH法、邻苯三酚自氧化法和Fenton反应分别研究了杭菊、陈皮、甘草、金莲花4种中药材的黄酮提取物清除自由基的能力.结果表明,4种中药材的黄酮提取物对DPPH.,O2.-和OH.均有一定程度的清除作用,其中,对DPPH.的清除能力为金莲花>杭菊>甘草>陈皮;对O2.-的清除能力为金莲花>陈皮>甘草>杭菊;对OH.的清除能力为金莲花>杭菊>陈皮>甘草,由此可知,金莲花对3种自由基的清除能力均较强,是一种优良的天然自由基清除剂.The scavenging effects of flavonoid extracts from four kinds of Chinese traditional medicine on free radicals, which are Chrysanthemum mori folium Ramat, Citrus aurantium L, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and Trollius chinensis Bunge, were carried out by DPPH method, pyrogallol method and Fenton reaction. The results showed that flavonoid extracts from 4 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine all had scavenging effects on DPPH , O2; and OH radicals. The scavenging effect on DPPH from the highest to the lowest was Trollius chinensis Bunge, Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and Citrus aurantium L. The scavenging effect on O: from the highest to the lowest was Trollius chinensis Bunge, Citrus aurantium L, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. and Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. The scavenging effect on OH from the highest to the lowest was Trollius chinensis Bunge, Chrysanthemum mori folium Ramat, Citrus aurantium L. and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. The flavonoid extract from Trollius chinensis Bunge had strongest scavenging effect on 3 kinds of free radical, so it could be developed into a efficient, natural antioxidant.
