分次手术结合激光治疗颌面部神经纤维瘤病8例分析

摘　　要：目的:评价分次手术结合激光治疗颌面部神经纤维瘤病的疗效。方法:对8例神经纤维瘤病患者采用分次手术,术中结合激光止血,皮肤病变采用脉冲激光治疗。结果:8例患者每次手术中出血控制在100～400ml,无失血性休克发生。术后患者外观改善良好,对于皮肤色素斑,激光治疗能在短期内得到一定程度的改善。结论:分次手术结合激光治疗神经纤维瘤病,有肯定的治疗效果,是一种具有良好应用前景的方法。PURPOSE： To evaluate the elinieal effeet of neurofibromatosis in the oral and maxillofaeial region treated with staged operations and laser therapy. METHODS： Eight eases with neurofibromatosis were treated with staged operations, laser therapy was used for hemostasis during operation, eafe-au-lait was treated with Q-switched laser. RESULTS： The average amount of bleeding was100-400ml, no hemorrhagie shock oeeurred intraoperatively. All patients were of good facial appearanee, eafe-au-lait was improved during short-term follow-up. CONCLUSION： Staged operations and laser therapy is a valuable treatment for neurofibromatosis in the oral and maxillofaeial region.
