摘　　要：稻米籽粒由于尺寸小、形状不规则,难以制成标准试件,因此,不便于采用常规方法测其弹性模量。文章拟采用赫兹理论的修整模型及相应的数据处理方法,测定稻米籽粒的弹性模量,并研究稻米籽粒含水率对其弹性模量的影响。It is diffiuclt for brown rice grain to make standard sample because of its small size and irregular shape, and so its elastic modulus is hardly determined by conventional methods. In this paper, the shaving model of HZ theory and the corresponding data processing method were used to determine the elastic modulus of brown rice grain, and the effects of the moisture ratio of brown rice on its elastic modulus were also studied.
