摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的深入进行,高校对学生实施契约化管理已经成为一种发展趋势。契约化管理就是将契约的基本特征引入到对高校学生的管理中,使高校学生管理具有契约色彩,从而创新高校学生管理模式。文章以科学发展观为指导,比较深入地探讨了对高校学生的契约化管理:理念要以人为本,依据要以法为准,目的要以和为贵。With the further reform of tertiary education system, the contract management among college students has become a new trend. The administration of contract is a new type of management mode along with the basic feature of the contract is introduced. Based on the guidance of the scientific developmental conception, this paper, explore that implement the contract management must be insist on the concept of people-oriented,take the Law as the criterion and harmony is precious.
