摘　　要：Weibull分布是寿命试验中最常见的分布之一,因而基于分组截尾试验数据下的Weibull分布的参数估计是很有研究价值的。介绍了一种基于分组截尾数据而寿命服从Weibull分布的试验样本,并得到失效概率的Bayes估计,最后由最小二乘法得到其参数估计。Weibull distribution is one of the commonest categories in life experiment.Thus,the estimation of the parameters based on the grouped censored data is worthy of studying.A kind of grouped censored data are introduced,the lifetime of these samples are distributed as Weibull distribution.Bayesian estimations of the failure probability are obtained.The estimation of unknown parameters is given by means of taking advantage of least-square method.
