摘　　要：我国政府以拨款方式重点投入少数公办园的做法早已遭到人们的质疑。本文试图根据我国幼儿教育财政状况和国内外已有经验,提出按编制拨款,走内涵发展之路、设立专项拨款、改拨款为返还利润的投资、解除规制,实现与市场的对接等改革方案。尝试推动我国幼儿教育财政投入机制的改革,改善我国幼儿教育财政投入的效率和公平状况。The traditional pattern of allocating financial funds to public kindergarten always has been criticized in China＇s mainland. The paper try to provide some suggestions to alter the state and advance the level of efficiency and equity by reforming the financial contributive mechanism of the early childhood education such as making public kindergarten as example, using special financial allocation project, adopting the form of investment and unchaining some restrictions while using the market mechanism.
