摘　　要：美国公务员职业能力建设通过制度保障机制、更新机制和激励机制得以顺利运行,我们应努力探求其职业能力建设的内在联系和规律,借鉴有益经验,并从制度调整和公务员管理的各个环节入手,切实提高我国公务员的职业能力。American public official occupation ability construction through the system guarantee mechanlsm,the renew mechanism and the encourage mechanism and which can circulate smoothly,we should make great effort to search the inner link and the rule of American public official occupation ability construction mechanism.drawing lessons from beneficial experience,and manage from the system adjustment and the public official of each link,so that improving our country official＇s professional ability.
